Here's one: being a mommy has taught me to see things from other peoples' points of view, and this helps me a) to be generally a nicer person, but b) (and more importantly from a managerial perspective) it helps me get what I want by effective persuasion.<BR/><BR/>With a preverbal baby or a volatile toddler, you have to really know them well to figure out what they want / need, then you can exploit that information to get what you want / need.
