I know that this is probably not the best way to ask, but I read on a comment you posted on Isis's blog that you were an industrial rather than academic scientist. I'm just starting my science career (i.e just graduated) and thinking of going into industry rather than academia and wondered if you had any advice/tips on getting in. Also is it necessary to have a PhD first or do some industries supply you with equivalent training?
Any advice you have would be really helpful, my email should be on my blogger profile,
